The Sudiksha Experiment in Entrepreneurship

The Sudiksha business model was based on the principle that the market will be willing to pay for product and service offerings, perceived to be of value. Our hypothesis was that entrepreneurship could be considered effective if the price the market is willing to pay covers costs of producing the offering and overheads associated with it.

As a first step while starting the business, we put down our business mission, began meeting prospective clients and simultaneously developed competencies. The cycle of balancing cash- flows and setting aside reserves for growth has been a delicate balance.

The Sudiksha experiment is pivoted on the People, Process and Projects. We hire and retain people who are passionate about their competency and professional excellence. We make sure that our processes are well defined, continuously improved and implemented. Further, our projects are managed with precision, with emphasis on quality and timeliness.

Sudiksha began with zero debt and a big dream. Now, the only difference is that we now have a bigger team and our collective dream is naturally bigger. Satisfied clients, word-of-mouth and direct sales have led us to where we are today.

We must thank our clients and collaborators, for sharing our belief and taking a chance on us in our early days. It is on their faith and not venture capital funding that Sudiksha stands today- small and tall.

Looking back, it has been a great and unimaginable journey. Looking forward we have millions of light years to go. From where we are today there is only one direction in which we can move- Ahead!
